At R LIVEABLE, we strive to deliver the best quality Geo-tagged, carbon-identified food products directly from trusted FPO farmers to your doorstep. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
π Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is physically damaged, leaked, or broken upon delivery.

Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

Expired Product: If the product delivered is expired or unfit for consumption.
β± Return Window: You must initiate the return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
π¦ Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide a photo/video of the issue at the time of return request.

Perishable items like fresh vegetables, milk, etc., are not eligible for return unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
πΈ Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through one of the following modes:

Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5β7 working days.

COD Orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI within 7β10 working days, after confirmation.
π Exchange Option: In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of refund (subject to availability).
π« Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items without original packaging or seal broken
